Fully automatic sampling in water, wastewater and industrial applications

Liquistation CSF48 automatically takes water samples for monitoring of wastewater treatment plants, sewage networks, surface water and industrial processes.

The stationary automatic water sampler is available with plastic and stainless steel housings and various sample bottle configurations.

Heartbeat Technology allows status-oriented maintenance of the automatic water sampler.

Liquistation CSF48 with vacuum pump. It is used for most standard sampling applications as it offers accurate, reproducible sample volumes and a high sample transport velocity.

Liquistation CSF48 with peristaltic pump. This version is recommended when cyclic rinsing of the suction line or variable sample volumes are desired.

Liquistation CSF48 without pump. It is used together with the CSA420 assembly for automatic sampling from pressurized pipes or tanks. With this system no waste drainage is necessary.

Liquistation CSF48 is suitable for the following applications:

Municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants: - Self monitoring - Process monitoring - Monitoring of indirect dischargers - Monitoring of sewage system

Authorities and water management authorities: - Water protection and water quality - Monitoring of direct and indirect dischargers

Automatic water sampling in full compliance with all relevant national and international standards such as ISO 5667

100% adaptable to any monitoring task from time- or flow-controlled sampling to event-controlled sampling and multiple sampling routines

By connecting up to four Memosens sensors, the sampler can be upgraded to a fully-fledged measuring station (e.g. for event monitoring)

Offers all Liquiline platform benefits, including uniform operation and standardized components, and supports fieldbus-independent data transfer to Netilion with Liquiline Edge Module CYY7 enabling remote monitoring and IIoT services

Fully integrable in any process control system thanks to digital fieldbus communication and remote access via web server

Quick cleaning and maintenance thanks to easy, tool-free removal of wetted parts. Heartbeat Technology enables status-oriented maintenance of the device, saving resources and costs

Latest and environmentally friendly cooling technology without hydrofluorocarbons (HFC) for optimal processing of your samples
